If you follow my blog then you know I’m guilty of decorating parts of my house with fake flowers and plants. I know some people are probably horrified by that. After all, when you think of faux flowers, it’s typical to picture something really gaudy and tacky. I used to feel that way too. Let me say, though, a lot of my guests can’t even tell my greenery isn’t real! Plus, I don’t have to worry about my dogs when they stiff and bite at them.
Most dog moms are aware that there are a plethora of flowers on the market that our canine kids shouldn’t be around. Some flowers and plants are toxic to our pups when ingested. Others are dangerous just by coming into contact with them.
199 Poisonous Plants and Flowers To Watch Out For
My friends over at ProFlowers recently put together this great infographic. It shows us which plants and flowers are poisonous to dogs, cats, and human kids. It ranks the plants’ toxicity level and even shows us which part of the plant is considered toxic! Make sure to check out the legend on the side of the infographic before scrolling through the entire thing.
I definitely recommend saving this graphic to your Pinterest page, because it’s a great go-to source!
