Last month, Proud Dog Mom reported the dog treat company Redbarn Pet Products LLC voluntarily recalled a selection of their bully sticks due to possible Salmonella contamination. Today, company officials are expanding the recall to include more brands and products.

What To Watch For
The updated recall now includes bully sticks distributed nationwide in pet specialty and grocery retail stores between March 2017 through February 2018 from the following brands:
- Redbarn
- Chewy Louie
- Good Lovin’
- Dentley’s Brand.
All of these brands use a single supplier, whose raw material reportedly had the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
Pet parents who buy bully sticks from these brands should check their packages immediately and look for the following best-buy dates ending in BC.
