Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside for later.
- Using the spoon and level method, measure 1 cup of brown rice flour. Add to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Blend liver, water, and egg.
- Add blended mixture to the flour bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
- With a rubber baking spatula, scrape batter into the middle of your baking sheet. Spread into a large rectangle until it's about 1/4" thick. Try to keep your spread as even as possible, to promote even cooking.
- With a butter knife, score both horizontal and vertical lines, creating little squares.
- Bake for about 25 minutes.
- Once slightly cooled, transfer to a cutting board and cut along the pre-scored lines.
