Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Microwave frozen steamer bag of broccoli, following the bag’s directions for correct time.
Drain broccoli bag of excess liquid. Transfer florets to a food processor and pulse a few times. You want it chopped - not mushy.
Transfer chopped broccoli to a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well with a spoon.
Spoon mixture onto baking sheet, forming into tots.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden on top.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
