Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease two mini muffin tins with coconut oil. Set aside.
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Using a fork, mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
- Spoon mixture into muffin tins.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
- There is no need to defrost the peas and carrots - just use frozen.
- Store turkey loaf muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
