Rotates 360º, Keeping Your Dog in Frame
While you can probably guess by the name, this upgraded version allows the wide-angle camera lens to rotate a full 360º. So, it’s not a stationary camera. I like to keep mine on a pedestal near the bookshelf in my living room and the view is incredible. I can pan around to see everything from my staircase to the living room, kitchen, and parts of my sunroom. These are the main areas my pups hang in while I’m away. The rotating 360º view is a real game changer because your dog is never out of range. Less blind spots = less worry for us pet parents!
Auto Dog Tracking Technology
As your dog moves around — and walks from one area of your home to another — the camera will detect that motion and automatically rotate to follow your pup. Zoom Up to 4x Closer
Along with its panning abilities, the 1080 Full HD camera also lets you zoom in. So, if you spot your dog off in the corner chewing something or looking like he’s up to no good then you can zoom in — up to 4 times closer — to take a look.
2-Way Audio
When you need to get your dog’s attention, the Furbo camera does offer real-time 2-way audio. That means, you can hear them and they can hear you.
One question you may be asking: What if my dog is too far away from the camera to hear me? Right inside your Furbo app, you can adjust the volume.
The 2-way audio feature isn’t only great for getting your dog’s attention, but also for security purposes. If my pups are continuously barking, I want to know about it … because maybe that means it’s time to come home.
Smart Alerts
This is a really neat feature: Furbo can tell the difference between barking, howling, crying, etc. Once you enable Smart Alerts through your Furbo app, it will alert you whenever your dog is barking, crying, running around, or chewing. It also sends potty alerts, selfie alerts (when your dog’s face is close to Furbo), and smoke/glass breaking alerts to always keep your pup safe.
Color Night Vision
The upgraded Furbo offers automatic infrared LED night vision. So, if you’re having a little too much fun at happy hour … and wind up staying into the wee hours of the night … then you can open up your Furbo app and still have a clear image of your fur baby.
Toss Treats to Reward Your Good Pup
Just like the original Furbo camera, you can still toss treats to your pup. With the swipe of a finger, you can fling a yummy snack for your fur baby to enjoy. It has a 100-treat capacity. Plus, when Furbo updated this camera, they worked to make the treat toss sound quieter.
